“The Sources of Style” is chapter two of Elise Plack’s 2012 The Substance of Style: How Singing Creates Meaning in the Music of Schubert, Donizetti, and Bellini, a thesis written while at Cornell University. You’ll find many Lehmann references, both to her writing and to her singing.
